If the item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days, provided it is in the same condition as received.

  • Transparency with Customers: Upon request, we provide detailed images and descriptions of the sofa, highlighting any known imperfections to ensure you are fully informed before purchasing.
  • Inspection on Delivery: We encourage all customers to inspect their sofa upon delivery to confirm its condition.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • You received the wrong item.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only accepted if there is a structural fault or damage not previously disclosed. Customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery to report any issues.

  • Transportation Costs: As a large item, transportation costs are non-refundable once the sofa is delivered and inspected.
